By booking, purchasing, attending, or participating in services, sessions, workshops, classes, events, consultations, sound experiences, wellness services, digital products, or programs provided by Restorative Energies, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Restorative Energies provides a range of non-clinical wellness services focused on promoting general well-being through relaxation practices, mindfulness, educational experiences, and self-awareness activities. These offerings support stress reduction, relaxation, personal reflection, and intentional self-care. It is important to note that these services are not classified as medical treatment, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, or any healthcare services. 

None of the services, sessions, sound experiences, Human Design consultations, vocal resonance explorations, sonic assessments, or wellness offerings are designed to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or replace medical or psychological care. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns. 

Participation in these wellness services is voluntary and based on personal responsibility and individual discretion.

By participating in wellness services offered through Restorative Energies, you acknowledge that experiences involving sound experiences, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation practices, visualization, breath awareness, self-reflection, energetic exploration, or sensory experiences may affect individuals differently. 

You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being before, during, and after your participation. You agree to communicate any sensitivities, discomfort, accessibility needs, or relevant concerns prior to participation whenever possible. 

If at any time you experience discomfort, you are encouraged to pause your participation and care for yourself appropriately.

Many private one-on-one wellness services require full payment at the time of booking due to the custom and personalized nature of the offerings, the preparation involved, and the time reserved specifically for each guest engaging in relaxation practices and sound experiences. Prices, offerings, packages, and availability are subject to change without notice.

If you need to reschedule your appointment for relaxation practices or sound experiences, please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours notice will gladly be accommodated based upon availability for our wellness services. 

Cancellations, missed appointments, or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of payment due to the preparation completed and time reserved for your experience. 

However, genuine emergencies and unexpected life circumstances do occasionally arise. If an unavoidable emergency occurs the day of your session, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss rescheduling options for your wellness services.

Due to the personalized and custom nature of digital wellness services, including relaxation practices such as custom soundscapes, restorative tracks, consultations, assessments, Human Design materials, Sonic Voiceprint materials, workbooks, and downloadable content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. 

Custom creative timelines for these sound experiences are estimates only and may vary depending upon project complexity, revisions, scheduling, and collaboration needs.

All materials, recordings, music, soundscapes, meditations, written content, workbooks, branding, graphics, educational materials, and digital offerings related to relaxation practices created by Restorative Energies remain the intellectual property of Restorative Energies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchased materials are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, shared, resold, publicly distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission. These sound experiences and wellness services are designed for individual enjoyment and benefit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restorative Energies and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, energetic, physical, or consequential damages arising from participation in wellness services, relaxation practices, sound experiences, use of digital products, workshops, consultations, or website content. Participation in all offerings is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

Restorative Energies reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule wellness services when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment for all participants engaged in relaxation practices and sound experiences.

All website content is provided for educational, informational, and wellness purposes only, focusing on relaxation practices, sound experiences, and wellness services. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

By booking wellness services, participating in relaxation practices, purchasing products, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
