I began my career as an attorney working with hundreds of sports celebrity and corporate clients. Along the way, I found myself on a transformative journey, prompted by personal loss, parenting a neurodivergent child, and a general lack of personal fulfillment in my work life. Through this process, I was called down a path of transformational self-healing through sound, meditation, movement, music, and Human Design.  It completely changed my life in a way I could not imagine. Seven years later, I made the decision to launch Restorative Energies, LLC.  I have always had a passion for helping others, music, research, and health. These themes are interwoven throughout my path. I now realize each has led to my true purpose-guiding others into a space of inner peace, relaxation, self discovery, and connection. 

Education/Training

I am a verified and qualified member of the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA). I have earned certificates in Sound Healing  and Advanced Sound Healing. The Sound Healing certificate program with Shift Network required over 200 hours of instruction over a 14 month period with top experts in the field and included regular competency testing and a final capstone project. My Advanced Sound Healing certificate was obtained from Globe Institute and required both a research and final sound bath project.   I am also certified in sound baths with alchemy crystal singing bowls and have received formal training in yoga, meditation, breath work, Native American flute, drum circles, Human Design, and voice. Additionally, I have experience as a vocal recording artist and was selected to perform a sound bath for the 18th International Globe Sound Healing Conference. I am currently pursuing training and licensure as a massage therapist in the State of Florida  so that I may fully utilize and offer the wide breadth of my knowledge in sound healing to guests.  I earned a B.A. from the University of Central Florida and a law degree from Tulane University School of Law.

The Instruments

All instruments are authentically sourced and come from all over the world, many custom made, including a Native American flute handcrafted by Guillermo Martinez, flute maker for Andre 3000.  All alchemy singing bowls are curated and selected in collaboration with Jeralyn Glass, founder of Crystal Cadence and expert in the field having worked with numerous celebrities including, Jhené Aiko, SZA, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Maria Shriver. I work with buffalo drums, alchemy crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong plates, rattles, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, kalimba, shruti box, and more.
