Due to the personalized wellness offerings in my private one-on-one services, full payment is required at the time of booking. Significant preparation, planning, energetic assessment, and scheduling time may begin prior to your session, especially when it comes to my relaxation services and sound healing sessions.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours notice will gladly be accommodated based upon availability.
Cancellations, missed appointments, or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of payment due to the time reserved and preparation completed for your experience. However, I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected life circumstances do occasionally arise. If an unavoidable emergency occurs the day of your session, please reach out as soon as possible so we may discuss rescheduling options.
