We were taught how to succeed, how to work,
how to care for others.
We have become incredibly good at carrying the weight, often without learning how to set it down.
Over time, we have become stressed, burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.
Our minds race. We do not sleep well.
We keep saying, "Yes" when our bodies say, "No."
We need a vacation from our vacations.
It doesn't have to be that way.
Intentional rest is a skill. And it can be learned.

My path to wellness has been anything but conventional. My professional experience has spanned law, healthcare, professional sports, music, and production, alongside more than a decade of study and practice in sound and meditation. That diverse background shapes the way I approach wellness today: grounded, practical, highly personalized, and designed for real life.
As a wellness practitioner, I specialize in immersive sound, meditation, mindfulness, and restorative experiences that create space to quiet the noise, expand perspective, and reconnect with yourself. My work brings together education and experience through sound, music, vibration, voice, and intentional rest—not as an escape from life, but as tools for experiencing it differently.
My purpose is to make wellness more accessible, practical, and personal by helping people discover practices they can carry into everyday life—because meaningful well-being shouldn't depend on finally finding the time to stop.
My professional training includes a comprehensive 14-month, 200-hour Sound Healing certificate program, along with certifications in Advanced Sound Healing and Recording & Production from Globe Institute of Recording and Production, a private postsecondary institution approved by California's Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). My training and professional experience have also been recognized through the peer-review standards of the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA).
Step away from the noise and into a deeply restorative experience. Each sound bath is thoughtfully curated using one of two sets of alchemy crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to help quiet the mind, release tension, and invite a profound sense of calm. Whether you're seeking a peaceful reset, greater self-awareness, or simply time to recharge, every session is personalized to support your journey toward a calmer, more present life.
My workshops focus on sound healing, relaxation, mindfulness, self-awareness, facilitation, and practice. Various options are available for participants, offered in in-person, Zoom, and mobile settings.
Experiential workshops are immersive and hands-on, designed to help you create your own at-home relaxation and wellness toolbox, complete with mindfulness techniques and meditation practices tailored to your individual needs and sensory preferences. Additionally, educational workshops delve into the foundations of sound healing, singing bowls, and the art of restorative music creation, making them ideal for anyone exploring sound healing, facilitation, meditation, or restorative music production for personal or professional growth.
This immersive vibroacoustic experience combines curated bass-forward relaxation music with full-body resonance through a transducer-infused mattress, vibroacoustic dolphin, and headphones. Designed to encourage deep relaxation, mindfulness, and sensory immersion, guests are invited to experience sound not only through listening but also physically through vibration and resonance that permeates the body. Carefully selected music, frequencies, rhythms, and sonic textures, akin to a sound bath, create a restorative environment intended to help quiet mental noise, release tension, and support a deeply calming state of rest and presence. Incorporating elements of sound healing and the soothing tones of singing bowls, this experience fosters a profound sense of meditation.
Collaborative wellness partnerships are designed for healthcare providers seeking supportive, non-clinical methods to help their patients integrate relaxation, mindfulness, and restorative wellness into everyday life. For many patients, being told to 'reduce stress' or 'practice meditation' can feel overwhelming or unrealistic without approachable guidance, supportive environments, and practical tools like sound healing practices that help translate those recommendations into meaningful everyday practice. Incorporating techniques such as meditation, mindfulness, and sound baths with singing bowls, my programming is designed to bridge the gap between wellness advice and meaningful action while supporting more grounding, restorative spaces for your guests.
All of the patient-focused offerings also apply to your practice. Collaborative wellness programs can be designed to support healthcare professionals and staff in creating sustainable practices for relaxation, mindfulness, and self-care within high-demand environments to avoid burnout. By integrating meditation, sound healing, and experiences like sound baths, the program encourages moments of restoration, grounding, and intentional pause. Using tools such as singing bowls, it helps foster a culture where caregivers feel more balanced, supported, and connected to themselves — allowing them to show up more fully for the patients and communities they serve. Simply insert 'staff' for 'patient.'
This personalized wellness experience delves into the body’s unique relationship with sound, rhythm, breath, tempo, and resonance to uncover an individual’s “sonic sweet spot” — the sonic environment that fosters meditation, mindfulness, and the most profound sense of calm, balance, grounding, and relaxation. Following this exploration, resonant relaxation music is offered, with the opportunity to commission custom sound baths designed collaboratively around preferred instruments like singing bowls, calming environments, and restorative sonic elements. The outcome is a deeply personal restorative listening experience, intentionally crafted as a supportive sanctuary for focus, calm, sleep, and pause, to which you can return daily or whenever you need a moment of sound healing.
Mapping Your Vocal Harmony is an engaging wellness experience that delves into your unique vocal frequencies to create a personalized “energetic sound snapshot.” Grounded in vocal frequency research, this practice recognizes that the voice often mirrors broader patterns of stress, emotion, tension, energy, and resonance. Through mindfulness and intentional meditation, participants gain insights into the relationships between sound, emotion, and self-awareness. Following your vocal signatures, curated listening experiences—often incorporating singing bowls—are designed to foster balance, emotional harmony, and relaxation. This process deepens your connection to self through the transformative power of sound healing and resonance.
Human Design offers a deeper look into the unique way that you are naturally designed to move through life, make decisions, manage energy, and interact with the world around you. Through an exploration of your Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, and core Gates, these sessions are designed to help uncover patterns that may contribute to resistance, burnout, frustration, misalignment, or self-doubt — while also highlighting the environments and approaches where you naturally thrive. Incorporating elements like meditation and mindfulness, including practices such as sound healing with singing bowls and sound baths, can further enhance your journey.
From birth, we are conditioned by the external world. Human Design allows us to identify the parts that are authentically ours and those influenced by outside forces. Embracing this knowledge is an opportunity to experiment with the world around you and gain deeper self-awareness. Discover a greater sense of clarity, validation, and permission to stop forcing yourself into ways of living that do not resonate with your true self.

A growing body of research supports the benefits of mindfulness and meditation for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, improving mood and sleep, and enhancing overall well-being. Studies also show that singing bowls can aid in easing the mind into meditation, promoting deep relaxation and a restorative nervous system response. Together, these practices positively influence health across mind, body, relationships, and spirit. In other words, with consistent practice of mindfulness, however brief, the world may begin to feel more inhabitable—and a lot calmer. You may also discover that your life becomes less busy as you naturally start to let go of things that no longer serve you.
