1. Payment Process:

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other supported payment methods.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the payment terms outlined below.

2. Cancellations:

Standard Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No-show Policy: If you do not show up for any scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the service.
Emergency Cancellations: In cases of emergency (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), please contact us as soon as possible so that we may work with you.

3. Reschedules:

Standard Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment without any additional charges if you provide at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule through our website, that will be considered notice.

4. Refunds:

All payments are final. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances on our end, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
If you paid for Energy Cove, and the weather does not permit restorative use, i.e. rain, excessive heat, etc., we will give you a credit for a future Energy Cove service.
