Together, we will craft a selection of singing bowls partnered with a chime that resonate with your parasympathetic system to aid with relaxation and sleep. If it suits you, we will choose a mantra, intention, meditation, and other features. Then, I will create a professionally recorded custom singing bowl sound bath in my home studio for you to listen to you whenever you need!
